This was the absolute best stay at a hotel my family has ever had. We loved hearing the waves crashing right from our balcony. The service and food was amazing. Everything down to the soaps in the bathroom was perfect.
We stayed for 5 nights at Hotel Navis and enjoyed it very much. The room was very nice. The view was marvellous! It had everything we needed with a nice balcony. The personel was very caring and helpfull. They did everything to make our stay as comfortabel as possible. The breakfast was good and divers. We would recommand this hotel to our friends and family. We will come back for another visit.
Wonderful service from all the staff. We loved getting breakfast served at our table and the complementory shuttle to Opatija center. Diners in the restaurant are very nice. The room had the most amazing view! We had a perfect time and will definitely come back.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel NAVIS war rundum schön. Ein herzlicher Empfang, ein ruhiges, großzügiges Ambiente in den öffentlichen Räumen, Wohlfühlstimmung im modern gestalteten Zimmer, ein super Ausblick von der privaten Loggia, die Wahl zwischen Luxusliegen am kühlen Pool mit Ausblick auf das Meer oder gemütlichen Fatboys am Kiesstrand bei glasklarem, angenehm temperierten Meerwasser. Der kostenfrei Hotelshuttle stand uns für die Fahrt nach Opatja gerne zur Verfügung, ein Bummel dort und ein Spaziergang zurück entlang des Meeres komplettierten den Tag, der durch ein hervorragendes Abendessen mit sehr gutem Wein abgeschlossen wurde. Das morgendliche Frühstück war reichhaltig, sehr ansprechend angeboten und es wurden diverse Speisen auf Wunsch auch frisch zubereitet. Hervorzuheben sind die immer wieder freundlich offenen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter, die ein solches Hotel erst zu dem machen, was es dann letztlich ausstrahlt. Leider mußten wir nach einem Tagesaufenthalt schon weiter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet bay with private access to the sea. The rooms were clean and well designed with a wonderful view over the sea. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was more than happy to fulfill any of your needs.

Ausgezeichnete Küche, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und große Flexibilität bei Sonderwünschen, die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr sauber. Beim servieren der Speisen und Getränken gibt es eine ausführliche Erklärung zu den verwendeten Produkten, es wird großer Wert auf die Verwendung heimischer Lebensmittel gelegt. Das "Hotel Navis" gehört zu den bevorzugten Plätzen, wenn wir Geburtstage oder Hochzeitstag in einem würdigen und stilvollen Ambiente feiern möchten.
I loved a very kind, friendly and helpfull staff. It was excellent to start the day with this perfect breakfast. The seaview is priceless, and the privat beach is wonderful.

Nice stay, great food und service. Only one minus: the first room was on 1st floor looking on the restaurant roof. But reception changed the room to a better location. But: AC in that room was off due to open window ….extremely hot inside ( 34c outside that day).

Everything was perfect. The only problem is, that you need an extra smoking area. Smoking on the pool or at the table cannot be allowed. There are also children there.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. What a beautiful, peaceful setting. I did not want to leave! Dinner at the hotel was outstanding as well. All of the staff we met were exceptional. A great experience overall. We would highly recommend.

The hotel is very very nice: great room, fantastic location, reception very friendly and courteous, pleasant pool area with very helpful service. The only criticism is the service at breakfast! My wife says "cathastrophal" I say "bad" because when after 15 minutes nobody still asked us for coffee, we had to order it at the bar and then it still took 10 minutes for the coffee to finally be served. The young service staff is nice to look at, but quite disorganized and very inattentive. Unfortunately the breakfast service was not better on both days.

Amazing location but even better levels of service! We have travelled a lot over the years and stayed in hotels costing much more than the Naivs - however, nowhere can beat their service. Every single member of the team were polite, courteous and really wanted to make your stay the best. The food is also excellent and I would really recommend staying for dinner. We took the tasting menu and it was exquisite, The waiters were so knowledgeable and helpful and the food was out of this world. I feared trying oysters but I only now fear finding any oysters as good as the Navis. The breakfast team were so welcoming too and nothing was too much. The team constantly checking if we were okay or needed anything else - nothing was too much. The location is perfect for us. It is very quiet and tranquil and was in an amazing sea position but still within easy reach of local towns. We walked to Opatija for drinks and a lovely walk to along the coast on more than a few times. My only very slight niggle was that there was no ironing facilities in the room. We arrived late Saturday and really wanted a ironed shirt for our evening meal. However, no iron was available, only laundry services. This was well priced but was not available for another 48 hours. Therefore, we had to go to dinner in our travelling t shirt. However, this could not dampen my adoration for the Navis and it remains 10 out of 10. Amazing stay and thank you for the outstanding service - this alone is enough to keep coming back.
The restaurant is exceptional. The chef is clearly talented and supported by waiters that understand menu options and available wines. As far as I can tell, every room has sea view. I have not seen in busy season, but never have had prob finding space - although unparking may require some skill.

First of all, thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderfully relaxed, you made us feel welcome and somehow at home. Unfortunately, we had no time to use the spa facility but we definitively will the next time. Dinner and breakfast were prepared and served with love. We especially appreciated the local delicacies, sweet and savory on the breakfast buffet. The room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the Preluka bay. Sunrise view from the bed was simply breathtaking.

Since our first visit we fell in love with the location, amazing see view from the room, the comfort of the hotel as a whole and especially a magnificent breakfast offer. The staff is friendly and highly professional, it was good to see them after a year, we felt welcome and well taken care of. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

I loved our stay at this Navis! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They provided feedback on where to visit, what to do, where to eat. Also, the service with bags and booking was great. The breakfast is amazing ~ a wonderful buffet and made to order items. And dinner at the hotel restaurant was superb! Friendly service and some of the best food. Our room was nicely appointed and sleeping was awesome. Lastly, the spa services are great! I highly recommend Hotel Navis for a relaxing getaway. You can do as much, or as little as you like.

An amazing, quiet place at the beautiful coast / Riviera of Opatija! Spacious, modern & nicely designed room still very cosy with balcony and view to Adriatic sea. Super friendly staff, lovely breakfast with a huge selection of dishes. Restaurant also with delicious food. Only 5-10min. walking distance away from Lungomare - the long (12km) and super nice catwalk at the coast where you can find plenty of nice and delicious restaurants, cafes and bars. Opatija is a pearl! You should consider to ask for a room not directly at the stairs (can be a bit loud). Only thing missing is a gym (fitness) - but this is really MISSING!!! I will come back - as soon as you have the gym :-).

Even though it was a very short stay (just one night), it was a great experience! The view from the (very comfortable) room was as spectacular as advertised, a true pleasure. The staff was great, very friendly, kind and helpful. I will definitely come back, hopefully not for just one night! By the way, breakfast is excellent but it is difficult to choose between all the options on the menu.
hello, it was a pleasure to stay in your hotel, very friendly, nice view, perfect food, perfect small beach and all employees are very helpfull, professionell and friendly - only the location of the room 106 was to close to the kitchen and the terrace ... but despite this it was a perfect time!!!!! we will come again!

The room had an excellent view but was otherwise nothing special. However, the hotel staff was special. The level of courtesy and professionalism was exceptional.
Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Meer mit schönen Zimmern, welche leicht abgewohnt waren. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab eine Menükarte für frisch zubereitete Speisen, welche keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der Shuttleservice zum Ort war sehr flexibel verfügbar. Die Parksituation beim Hotel war nicht immer einfach. Leider war das angegliederte Restaurant im Hinblick von vegetarischen Essen unflexibel. Es gab nur eingeschränkte Auswahl und ein Menu war nicht möglich.
Wir waren begeistert und sehr zufrieden - die super Lage, das sehr gute Restaurant und vor allem das ausgesprochen zuvorkommende Personal haben uns begeistert!
