The Hotel Navis respects your privacy and will take appropriate steps to ensure that your personal information is secure at all times. We guarantee that your information is handled with the utmost care. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal and/or contact information collected from our booking site.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR IDENTITY
The Hotel Navis does not disclose the identity of our clients. However, we may disclose your personal information in cases when we have either obtained your explicit consent, or have to respond to government enquiries / requests from public authorities.
SERVER STATISTICS & LOGS
We constantly analyse our website logs in order to improve our services and information. These logs do not contain any of your personal data, and cannot be linked to the individual identity of any visitors.

Thus we ensure secure payment transactions and protection from fraud. We never release any of our clients’ personal data outside of the booking system.
SECURE DATA TRANSFER/TRANSACTIONS
Credit and debit card security is guaranteed and secured by using SSL encryption. Credit and debit card charging are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols with 128-bit encryption. SSL encryption is a data encryption process to prevent unauthorised access when information is transmitted between the Customer’s computer and the WebTeh Payment Gateway system. The WebTeh Payment Gateway system is linked to a virtual private network (VPN) card that is protected from unauthorised access. Credit and debit card numbers are not stored or available to unauthorised persons. The Hotel Navis reserves the right to alter any information specified in this document. Any eventual changes will be immediately available to users on this site.
