Sales policy

We thank you for your reservation. Please take note of our sales policy:

• A valid credit card is required as your reservation guarantee.

• A prepayment guarantee for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 7 days after making a reservation.

• Check-in time is after 15:00 on arrival day.

• Check-out time is before 12:00 on departure day.

• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to our cancellation policy.

The hotel reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that such reservations contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.

Cancellation policy

The reservation will be held until 24:00 on the arrival date.

The Design Hotel Navis’ cancellation policy can be found below: 

• If you cancel 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 

• If you cancel later, the first night will be charged.

• In the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

• Please note that departure during your stay is considered a no-show for the remainder of the reserved stay, and will be charged in full.
